Neighbours:

Spanish neighbours opposite the main house, Annex and the house adjacent on the lane. The house at the bottom of the lane is owned by an English couple.

Furniture:

The owners will be leaving most of the furniture (apart from personal possessions and items that mean something to them). Basically the new owners will have the contents to furnish the whole of one house (including white goods). The other building will be left nearly full too, but the owners  will take some things – i.e 1 bed / fridge / freezer / table / sofa / wardrobe / dressing tables / 2 side tables etc).
Some furniture will be negociable.

The property is connected to Internet and has a Covered parking area.

Great property for a large family or as a business (B&B) when renting out the Annex.
